摘　　要：选取黑龙江省13个市级行政地区的1993～2005年三大产业的面板数据,应用模糊判别的方法,对黑龙江省各个地区第一、二、三产业进行判别分析,根据判别结果对各个地区进行排名,最终根据各个地区的排名和在全省所占的比重确定各个地区的发展规划。从而为黑龙江省经济发展的区域内分工协作提供了理论上的支持。This paper selects the 13 three major-industry panels of municipal administration in Heilongjiang Province from 1993 to 2005,uses the method of fuzzy judgment to analyse the first,second and tertiary industry of all the regions in Heilongjiang province discriminatory,and ranks all areas. According to the final rankings and the proportion of the various regions in the province we determine the various regions development planning,thus providing theoretical support to the regional collaboration of Heilongjiang province division.
