摘　　要：在诸多影响高校科技成果转化的因素中,一个不能忽视的关键点就是高校的科研管理部门的中介作用。介绍了科研管理部门在科技成果转化中的定位及作用体现,并对如何充分发挥其自身中介作用提出了建议。This article introduces the sei-teeh intermediation of scientific and technological management in Higher universities during the process of achievements transformation. In order to improve the effects,the author gives some proposals to scientific and technological management.
