摘　　要：农户是城市化进程中最重要的微观主体,分析和把握其乡—城迁移的真实意愿及影响因素,有利于政府采取有针对性政策措施,吸引农户从农村走进城市。兼业是农业劳动力向外迁移的另一种形式,是没有伴随人口地域变动的职业转换,农户兼业对城市化有着十分重要的影响。本文依据近期在苏州农村的实地调查,分别从迁移理论、意愿调查及计量分析等不同视角探讨影响农户迁移的因素,并由此得出相关结论。Farmers is the most important micro-mainstay in the process of urbanization,analysis and grasp of the true wishes and affecting factors of for their rural-urban migration is conducive for the government to adopt targeted policies and measures,and attract farmers from the countryside into the cities.Multiple occupations are another form of rural labor migration,the multiple occupations of farmers has a very im- portant impact on urbanization.Based on recent field survey in rural areas of Suzhou,this paper probed the factors affecting the migration of farmers through different perspectives,such as the migration theo- ry,and survey on willingness and metrological analysis,and relevant conclusions was drawn from this.
