摘  要:用盐酸处理麦草化学浆,导致浆料纤维在位错点处折断,通过测定酸处理前后纤维的质均长度计算纤维上位错点的数目,并考察了位错点数目与漂白工艺、打浆转数和纤维自身强度间的关系。实验结果表明,纤维位错点数目可以作为评价纤维性质的指标。The dislocations in wheat straw pulp fibers were measured by comparing the average weighted length of the fiber before and after treatment with hydrochloric acid which induced the cleavage of the fibers in the dislocations. The relationships between dislocations and bleaching, beating and wet zero tensile were studied. The results indicated that dislocations can be used to evaluate the properties of fibers.
