摘  要:将聚酰胺多胺与AKD反应,并用环氧氯丙烷将其阳离子化,制备出一种具有高阳电荷的改性AKD大分子,并在中、碱性条件下用该改性AKD对漂白硫酸盐阔叶木浆进行施胶。实验结果表明,改性AKD具有较高的阳离子性,并具有较强的乳化和分散能力;当改性AKD用量为0.2%,并加阳离子淀粉1%、阳离子聚丙烯酰胺0.02%作助留剂时,施胶度可达到52s;而在同等施胶剂用量下,不加助留剂时,施胶度也可达到35s,表明该改性AKD乳液具有较强的自留着性。A large molecular sizing agent modified AKD was prepared through the reaction between alkyl ketene dimmer (AKD) and polyamide then cationization by epichlorohydrin. The large molecular sizing agent has high positive charge and emulsifiability. The sizing experiments results of bleached kraft hardwood pulp indicated that a sizing degree of 52s is achieved when the dosages of 0.2% sizing agent, 1% cationic starch and 0.02%cationic polyacrylamide are used, the sizing degree is 35s when the dosage of sizing agent is the same but other retention aids are not used, which shows the sizing agent has higher self-retention ability.
