摘 要:对小麦简单杂交F6代、回交F6代的农艺性状、变异系数以及对条锈病的发病株率、病情指数、一般配合力、特殊配合力进行了比较分析。结果表明,回交F6代的农艺性状如株高、穗型、穗长、穗数、穗粒数、千粒重等倾向轮回亲本,其发病株率、病情指数明显低于简单杂交F6代,而特殊配合力则高于杂交F6代。由此在抗条锈育种上采用回交方法的效果较好。By a comparative analysis the agricultural properties and variation coeffieients,the strip rust infection rate,disease index,general eooperation force,and special cooperation force of the hybridization F6 generation and backcross F6 generation was studied. The result indicated that the backeross F6 generation inclines transmigration on agricultural properties sueh as the height,fringe type,fringe length,fringe number, fringe grain number,a thousand grains weight. The result also showed that in contrast to the backcross 176 generation,the hybridization F6 generation was obviously lower on strip rust infection rate and disease index,but higher on special cooperation force. So it was better to take the backcross method than other methods in antistrip rust breeding.
