摘 要:黄瓜黑星病菌是引起黄瓜及其他葫芦科蔬菜病害的主要病源菌。探讨了温度、培养基酸碱度、光照、碳氮营养对病菌菌丝生长和产孢的影响。结果发现,黄瓜黑星病菌生长和产孢的适宜温度为15~25℃,最适温度为20℃,适宜pH值为5.0~6.5,最适pH值为6;在散射光下培养有利于菌丝生长和产孢;培养基碳源中,以葡萄糖和蔗糖最有利于病菌菌丝生长,以葡萄糖为碳源产孢最多;培养基氮源中,酵母提取物、硝酸钠、牛肉膏最有利于病菌菌丝生长和产孢。Cladosporium cucumerinum is the main pathogenic organism which lead Cucumis sativus and other vegetables of Cueurhitaceae to fall sick. This experiment studiedon the factors which affected hypha of Cladosporium cueumerinum growing and producing spores, basing on culture medium, temperature, pH of culture medium, illuminance, carbon nutrition and nitrogen nutrition. The results showed that the temperature was fitting for 15-25℃, 20℃ appeared the optimal temperature; euhure medium pH was fitting for 5.0-6.5; it was propitious of hypha growing and producing spores under scattering light; nitrogen nutrition relatively small impact on the pathogenic organism; glucose and saecharose were fit for hypha growing, glucose was fit for producing spores in many kinds of carbon nutritional culture medium.
