养血清脑颗粒对慢性脑供血不足患者血液流变学及血流动力学的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察养血清脑颗粒对慢性脑供血不足(CCCI)患者的疗效及其对血液流变学及血流动力学的影响。方法:在就诊患者中随机选取56例伴有慢性脑供血不足的患者作为治疗组,同时随机选取无脑血管器质性病变者48例作为对照组。治疗组患者给予养血清脑颗粒口服治疗,观察其疗效,于治疗前、后分别检测患者的血液流变学及血流动力学的指标变化并与对照组比较。结果:治疗组总有效率为94.64%,治疗前两组受检者的血液流变学指标和搏动指数间的差别均有显著性意义(P<0.05或P<0.01),治疗后两组受检者的血液流变学指标和搏动指数间的差别均无显著性意义(P>0.05)。结论:养血清脑颗粒能明显改善患者的血液流变学及血流动力学指标,增加脑供血,改善头晕、头痛等症状,可以用于治疗慢性脑供血不足患者。Objective：to investigate therapeutic effect of Blood Nourishing Brain Arousing Granule on patients for chronic cerebral circulation insufficiency （CCCI） as well as its impact on hemorheology and hemodynamics changes. Methods： The treated group was comprised of 56 cases chosen at random from patients with accompany symptom of CCCI. 48 people of no cerebral structural diseases were chosen in the same way to constitute control group. The treated group was given the granule orally. Before and after treatment therapeutic effect was observed together with hemorheology and hemodynamics changes to be compared with the control group. Results：Total effective rate of the treated group reached 94.64%. The hemorheology parameters and Pulsatility Index were distinctively different between two groups prior to treatment （ P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01 ）. The differences were not significant after treatment （ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion： Blood Nourishing Brain Arousing Granule can markedly improved hemorheology and hemodynamics indices, elevate cerebral circulation, alleviate dizziness and headache for CCCI patients.
