样板刀刀具合金裂纹问题剖析

摘　　要：分析了样板刀刀具出现的合金裂纹问题,针对可能影响裂纹的合金材质、焊接工艺、磨削加工及电加工工艺以及整体加工工艺过程等诸多方面因素进行对比实验,在实验比较的基础上,找到了影响裂纹问题的主要因素和解决办法,为生产高质量的相板刀提供了重要的工艺技术支撑。Comprehensive resarch on alloy cracks often appearing in forming tools are made in this paper. In view of various factors probably influencing cracks, such as alloy material quality, welding method, grinding and electric processing and integral processing processes, the experiments are made a contrast. Based on the experiments, the main factors irdluencing alloy cracks and resolving methods are found, thus offering important technical auspices for producing high quality forming tools.
