对背越式跳高部分技术和原理的审视

摘　　要：为了加深对跳高运动规律的进一步理解,运用文献资料法和逻辑分析法,对背越式跳高摆动腿对起跳效果的贡献度、转动的动力系统以及跳高成绩的构成等因素进行研究。结果表明:由于研究方法和研究手段等各方面的限制,以往对跳高运动技术和原理大多从"刚体"或"质点"的角度进行研究,有一定的局限性。建议采用"刚体和柔体耦合的多体系统"作为模型进行研究,这将更加科学。This paper, based on documentation and logic analysis, makes a study of high jump in order to have a better understanding of the sport. The result shows the researches into techniques and principles of high jump in the past are of great limitations owing to imperfect methods of research. The authors come up with a more scientific one - - a multi - system approach of integrating hardness with softness.
