摘 要:2004年9月、2006年10月和2007年1月分别调查和报道了连环湖(卡拉白鱼放养场)的浮游植物、浮游动物种类和数量以及水质理化特征:透明度为26 cm,pH为8.99,含盐量为1.50 mg/L,硬度为2.25 mmol/L,碱度为11.64 mmol/L,COD为19.16 mg/L,水体主要离子含量和离子总量均值依照浓度高低排序为HCO3->Na+和K+>SO42->Cl->Mg2+>Ca2+,水型为CⅠMg,湖泡属于富营养类型(N为0.7 mg/L,P为0.33 mg/L).浮游植物5个门21个种属,其中绿藻门9个种属,数量810.25×104ind/L,占42.86%;硅藻门6个种属,数量323.58×104ind/L,占28.57%;其他藻类为蓝藻门、裸藻门和隐藻门,共有6个种属,数量64.82×104ind/L,占28.57%.浮游动物28个种属,其中轮虫14个种属,数量137 ind/L,占50%;枝角类8个种属,数量54 ind/L,占28.57%;桡足类6个种属,数量95 ind/L,占21.43%.此外,对水质理化指标、营养元素和水域饵料生物的特点进行了讨论.The both of species composition and population density of phytoplankton and zooplankton from Lianhuan Lake as well as chemical indexes recorded in September 2004, Octomber 2006 and January 2007 were analyzed. The results indicated that the concentration of salinity was 1.50 mg/L; DK:2. 25 mmol/L; ALK:ll. 64 mmol/L; COD:lg. 16 mg/L; SD: 26 cm; pH 8.99. The main ions contents was arranged according to concentration and amounts as follows with: HCO3 Na^+ and K^+ 〉SO4^2-〉Cl〉Mg^2+〉Ca^2+. The water type was C1^Mg. The lake was belonged to eutrophication with N for 0. 7 mg/L and P for 0.33 mg/L. 21 species phytoplankton from 5 phyluns were investigated, in which scenedesmus (42.86%) and diatom (28.57%) were predominant. The amount of them was 810.25×10^4ind/L and 323.58 ×10^4 ind/L,respectively. There were 6 species of the other phyluns, and their amount was 64. 82× 10^4 ind/L (28.57%). There were 28 species of the zooplankton, in which 14 species had been belonging to Rotipera, and their amount was 137 ind/L,and the proportion of 50%. Both of amount of 54 ind/L and 95 ind/L were found from cladocera of 8 species as well as Copepoda of 6 species and their proportion of 28.57% and 21.43% were recorded. The characteristics were discussed on chemical indexes, the nutrient elements and aquatic food from water region.
