独龙族成人围度值及其年龄变化  

The circumference and its variation with age changes of the adults of Dulong nationality

摘　　要：调查了独龙族成人200例(男97例,女103例)的9项围度测量项目(头围、胸围、腹围、臀围、上臂围、前臂围、上臂最大围、大腿围、小腿围),分析了不同年龄组围度值的变化情况,并与国内其他17个民族进行了比较,结果如下:(1)独龙族9项围度性别间比较,除大腿围外,男性其他围度值均大于女性;(2)不同围度最大值并非出现在同一年龄组,表现出各部位围度发育的不一致性,但男女绝大多数四肢围度指标最大值在30—39岁组,反映了四肢围度发育的同一性;(3)男女同年龄组间比较,除头围外,其余8项围度值性别间差异均在40—49岁组,而且差异最大;(4)聚类分析和主成分分析结果显示,与我国其他17个民族比较,独龙族男性与女性的头围、胸围及四肢围度数值均较小,与布依族、仫佬族、黎族、苗族等南方人群较为接近.Based on the measurement of the circurrderences of 200 adults （97 male, 103 female） of Dulong nationality （including the circurrderences of head, chest, abdomen, hip and limb）, the changes of circumference value with age are analyzed, and then the circumference values between Dulong and other 17 nationalities in China are compared. The results are as follows： （1） The circumference values of male are higher than those of female except the girth of thigh. （2） The maximum of different circumference occurs in different age group. But most of the maximum limb circumference occurs in 30-- 39 age group. This is an evidence of the coherence of the growth of limb circumference. （3） In comparison among the same age groups, the maximum difference of the circumference values between male and female occurs in 40-49 age group except that of the horizon head circumference. （4） Cluster analysis and principal component analysis show that, compared with other 17 nationalities of China, the circumference values of Dulong nationality are relatively smaller, and similar with the southern nationalities such as Bouyei, Mulam, Li and Miao.
