关于建立党内罢免制度有关问题的思考

摘　　要：在党内建立罢免制度,是落实党内监督条例,充分发扬党内民主,保障党员民主权利的重要举措,是党的政治建设的一个重要内容。本文结合党内监督实际,认真分析目前党内实施罢免制度存在的问题,并提出党内建立罢免制度的一些对策。The building of the inner - Party recall system is a significant measure to implement the supervision within the party, give full scope to democacy within the party, and ensure Party members their democractic rights. Consequently,it plays an essential role in the establishment of the political system of the Party. Based on the current supervision situation, this essay analyzes the problems on the implementation of the inner - Party recall system within the Party and suggests some strategies to the building of the recall system.
