摘 要:为弄清思茅松优树的遗传品质,测定了两组思茅松优树子代测定林各家系的树高、胸径、枝下高、冠幅、通直度、材积等性状.方差分析与遗传变异系数分析结果显示:家系间各生长性状有明显差异,思茅松各优树的遗传品质差别很大,其后代表现出较高的遗传多样性,但子代测定林中大部分家系各性状表现明显优于对照,表明前期优树选择是有效的.Six characters of each Pinus kesiya var. langbianensis family including height, DBH, height ot the lowest branch, crown diameter, straightness of the trunk and standing volume were surveyed for both two groups in half-sib progeny test plantation to explore the genetic quality of superior plants. It was showed by the variance analysis and the variance coefficient analysis that there were significant differences in each growth index among different families; there were great differences in genetic quality among the superior plants, and the plants of half-sib progeny showed high genetic diversity. Meanwhile, each growth index of the majority of the studied families was obviously superior to that of the control, indicating that the initial selection of the superior plants was successful.
