摘 要:用喷涂法和溶胶-凝胶法相结合的工艺制备钢基Fe/Al2O3梯度复合材料,并对其性能进行分析。采用电子万能材料试验机进行结合测试,利用金相显微镜分析复合材料断面组织,用X射线衍射仪分析陶瓷涂层成分。结果表明,Fe/Al2O3梯度涂层与钢基体界面结合强度较高,平均达到17.62 MPa;涂层与基体以及涂层与涂层之间相互融合,并未出现明显的界面联接层,实现了涂层与钢基体在同一区域共存,有助于提高涂层与基体的结合强度;Fe/Al2O3梯度涂层主要由α-Al2O3、AlFeO3、AlFe3和Al86Fe14等物相组成,对材料的结构和性能都非常有利。The composite of Fe/Al2O3 gradient coatings on steel matrix was prepared by spraying and sol-gel and the performances of the com- posite were investigated. Electron universal material testing machine was used to test the bond strength, the cross-section of the composite was researched by metallographic microscope and the X-ray diffraction for the surface component of ceramic coating. The results show that the high bond strength exited between Fe/Al2O3 gradient coating and steel matrix, and the average number is 17.62 MPa, there hasn' t obvious interface layer between coating and matrix as well as internal coating, the object of coating and matrix exits in the sane area comes true which is good for the improvement of bond strength between coating and matrix, Fe/Al2O3 gradient coating are mainly composed of α-Al2O3, AlFeO3, AlFe3, Al86Fe24 and so on, which are avail for the structure and performance of material.
