摘 要:研究了不同塑性变形量的应变时效对NVB钢板的强度、塑性及低温韧性和脆性转变温度的影响,结果表明,NVB钢板的应变时效敏感性较低,经5%时效后仍具有较好的低温韧性。通过微观组织分析,不同温度下试样的金相组织以铁素体和少量珠光体为主,20℃断口形貌为韧窝状,0~-40℃断口出现准解理形貌,带状组织易导致材料韧性的恶化,钙硅酸盐类非金属夹杂物对脆性转变温度有不良作用,容易加速钢板的脆化倾向。The effect of different plastic deformation strain ageing on the performance of NVB Ship Plate steel has been studied which includes strength, ductility, low temperature toughness and brittle transition temperature. As a result, NVB Ship Plate steel is less sensitive to strain ageing, and after 5% aged, the plate still has good low temperature toughness. By means of microstructure analysis, microstructure and impact fracture morphology in different temperature have been discussed. The results show, the metallographic structure most is ferrite and pearlite. The impact fracture morphology is dimple figure in 20℃ and quasi-cleavage fracture in 0 - -40℃. Banded structure worsens toughness and the nonmetallic inclusions has negative for brittle transition temperature.
