枯甘饮治疗乳腺囊性增生病68例临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察枯甘饮治疗乳腺囊性增生病的疗效。方法将131例符合痰瘀气结型的乳腺囊性增生病患者随机分为两组,治疗组68例用枯甘饮治疗;对照组63例用乳癖消片治疗。观察两组综合疗效、症状与体征改善情况、血清性激素水平及乳腺钼靶X线检查。结果治疗后治疗组总有效率明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。两组的症状、体征均有改善,且治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后两组催乳素、促黄体生成素均降低,且治疗组降低程度大于对照组(P<0.05)。钼靶X线扫描分析,治疗组明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论枯甘饮对痰瘀气结型乳腺囊性增生病疗效可靠。Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of herbal decoction Kugan Yin for cystic hyperplasia of breast. Methods The 131 cases of cystic hyperplasia of breast in phlegm combining qi stagnation syndrome were randomized into treatment group （68 cases） which was treated by Kugan Yin and control group （63 cases） which was treated by Rupixiao Tablets （Tablets for dissolving breast nodules）. The changes of symptoms and signs, level of serum sexual hormone and molybdenum target mammography analysis of two groups were observed for comparison. Results The total effective rate of treatment group was obviously better than that of control group （P（0.01）. The symptoms and signs of both groups were relieved, and treatment group being better than control group （P （0. 05）. The prolactin （PRL） and luteinizing hormone （LH） of two groups were decreased, and treatment group being better than control group （P〈0. 05）. The molybdenum target mammography analysis showed that the result of treatment group was better than that of control group （P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Herbal decoction Kugan Yin is reliable in effect for cystic hyperplasia of breast in phlegm combining qi stagnation syndrome.
