头部穴位加位点药物注射对精神发育迟滞患儿的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨头部穴位加位点(大脑皮层功能定位在头皮部的投射区)药物注射方法对精神发育迟滞患儿的疗效及性别、年龄、病情程度对疗效的影响。方法把2002年5月-2006年10月在郑州大学三附院脑瘫康复中心治疗的186例精神发育迟滞患儿依家长意愿分为两组,对照组86例,进行常规功能训练、感觉整合训练及适当药物治疗;治疗组100例,除进行对照组治疗外,加用头部穴位加位点药物注射疗法。对两组治疗前后IQ/DQ结果进行对比分析,并观察治疗组不同性别、年龄、病情程度的疗效。结果两组治疗后IQ/DQ值结果对比及显效率与总有效率比较,差异均有显著性意义(P均<0.05);治疗组中,性别不同,其显效率与总有效率比较,差异均无显著性意义(P均>0.05);6个月~1年、~2年、~5年三组不同年龄段患儿,组间显效率与总有效率比较,差异均有显著性意义(P均<0.05);轻度、中度残疾与重度三组病情不同患儿,组间显效率与总有效率比较,差异均有显著性意义(P均<0.05)。结论头部穴位加位点药物注射疗法较常规治疗方法对精神发育迟滞患儿有更为显著的疗效,并且年龄越小,病情越轻,其治疗效果越显著。Objective To explore the therapeutic effects of epicranium medication injection on acupuncture points plus sites （reflex zone of cerebral localization in mental retardation（MR） ,and the effects of different sex,age and pathog epicranium） on children with enetic condition degree on therapeutic effects. Methods 186 children with MR were assigned to treatment group（100 cases） and control group（86 cases） at random due to the parents^illnessness. Both groups were given convehtional functional training （which includes PT, OT and ST）, sensory integration training and proper drug treatment. Meanwhile,treatment group was given epicranium medication injection on acupuncture points plus sites. Then the result of IQ/DQ of the analysis of pretherapy and post - therapy and the observation of flae therapeutic effects of patients of differtent sex, age and condition degree was observed. Resuits Obvious differences in the result of IQ/DQ, obviously effective rate and total effective rate in both groups after treatment were observed（ all P 〈 0. 05） ;There were not significant differences in effective rate and total effective rate between male and female in treatment group（ all P 〉 0. 05 ） ;However, there were significant differences in effective rate and total effective rate between the children with MR in 6month - 1 yr, - 2yr and - 5yr or between mild, moderate and severe （ all P 〈 0. 05 ） . Conclu-sion The therapeutic effects of epicranium medication injection on acupuncture pointsplus sites is more marked than conventional functional training on children with mental retardation. The younger the .age, the milder the desease, the better the effect.
