摘　　要：目的探讨2型糖尿病患者血浆内肥素(visfatin)水平变化与体重指数(BMI)、腰臀比(WHR)、血糖、血浆胰岛素水平的关系。方法采用酶联免疫法测定2型糖尿病(DM)患者和正常健康人空腹和糖负荷后2h血浆内肥素水平,并分析血浆内肥素与BMI、WHR、血糖、HbAlc、血浆胰岛素水平的关系。结果①2型DM患者空腹和糖负荷后2h血浆内肥素水平明显低于正常对照组。②相关性研究显示,血浆内肥素水平与WHR呈正相关,与糖负荷后2h血糖(2hPG)和HbAIc呈明显负相关。③多元线性回归分析表明WHR、HbAIc、空腹血糖(FPG)、2hPG是影响血浆内肥素水平的独立相关因素。结论血浆内肥素水平与糖代谢状态有关,并在2型糖尿病和肥胖的发生和发展中起一定的作用。Objective To investigate the change of plasma visfatin level and the relationship of plasma visfatin level to body mass index （ BMI）, waist hip ratio （ WHR）, blood glucose, HbAlc, plasma insulin levels in the subjects with type 2 diabetes. Methods Fasting and glucose loading 2 h plasma visfatin levels were assayed by ELISA in patients with type 2 diabetes and controls. The relationship of plasma visfatin level with BMI, WHR, plasma glucose, HbAlc, plasma insulin levels were analyzed. Results Fasting and glucose loading 2 h plasma visfatin levels in the type 2 diabetic patients were significantly reduced compared with controls. The level of visfatin in obese subjects was modesty higher than that in non - obese subjects, but the diference is not significant. Plasma visfatin level was positively correlated with WHR, and negatively with 2h plasma glucose after glucoseloading （2hPG） and HbAlc. Multiple regression analysis showed that fasting plasma glucose, WHR,2hPG and HbAlc were independent related factors influencing plasma visfatin levels. Conclusion The change of visfatin level is associated with glucose metabolism, which may contribute,in part,to the pathogenesis of diabetes and obesity.
