关于目标管理在我国竞技体育管理体系中应用问题的研究

摘　　要：目标管理是一种应用广泛的管理方法,目前在我国竞技体育的管理体系中已存在目标管理的雏形,本论文采用文献资料研究法、专家访谈法、比较分析法、逻辑分析法等研究方法,通过对目标管理一般理论的研究、竞技体育特殊性的探讨及目标管理在我国竞技体育管理体系中应用现状的分析,揭示了目标管理在竞技体育管理中的适用性,得出了目标管理在竞技体育中应用时应特别考虑的因素,及我国竞技体育目标管理的模式。Management by objective is a widely used management method. Recently, it has been in an embryonic form in the Management System of Competitive Sport in China. By applying several methods, including literature review, expert interview, logical analysis etc., this paper studied the general theory of management by objective, discussed the specificity of competitive sport and analyzed the current situation of management by objective of competitive sport in China. It is explored the applicability of management by objective in the competitive sport management system, concluded some special considered factors when applying this management method and also presented the mode of management by objective in China＇ s competitive sport management system.
