摘  要:通过对陕西省男子轻量级赛艇运动员高原训练运动能力及相关生化指标的测试,旨在观察高原训练是否有利于运动员运动能力的提高,并为教练员和运动员提供高原训练理论基础和理论依据,同时为下一次高原训练累积经验。结果显示:1)高原训练提高了运动员模拟2000m测功仪成绩和3000m成绩,高原前后成绩分别提高6.6s和9.5s。2)高原训练后心率值有所下降,下降5%。3)高原训练后血乳酸下降,下降11%。4)高原训练后血红蛋白水平有所升高,升高3%。5)高原训练后血尿素值有所下降,下降12%。综合所有指标,我们可以进一步得出,高原训练后运动成绩的提高有赖于高原运动能力提高和其余生化指标的改善。By measuring the physical ability and relative biochemical indexes of Shaanxi Province male lightweight rowing athletes during altitude training, this research aims to find out whether the altitude training could improve the altitudes' physical ability. It also provides the theoretical basis and reference of altitude training for coach and the athlete as well as accumulates experience for the next time altitude training. The result shows that 1) Altitude training improves athletes' 2000m Ergometer performance and 3000m performance. The results raise 6.6 seconds and 9.5 seconds respectively comparing to that before altitude training. 2) The heart rate has declined by 5% after altitude training. 3) Blood lactate has decreased by 11% after altitude training. 4) Hemoglobin level has rose by 3% after altitude training. 5) Blood urea value has reduced by 12% after altitude training. Based on the above, we could further point out that the improvement of sports results after altitude training depends on the improvement of altitude physical ability and other biochemical indexes.
