摘　　要：文中对林业发达国家林木种苗管理体系、生产体系和保障体系进行了归纳和阐述,并结合我国情况,提出了林木种苗持续发展的建议。Based on investigation in Germany, Australia, New Zealand, Finland, Canada and United States, and study on a lot of references, the administrative system, productive system and guarantee system of tree seed and seedlings in forest - developed countries were summarized. In combination to Chinese practice, suggestions for sustainable development of tree seed and put forward.
