摘　　要：运用控制理论,通过建立闭环供应链多级库存系统的z域模型,构造了牛鞭效应的传递函数.分析表明:最佳回收策略是全部回收;生产提前期和回收延迟时间对牛鞭效应有影响,且存在最优值.This paper constructs one z-transformation model analyzing the bullwhip effect for multi-echelon inventory system under closed-loop supply chain. The results shows that collecting all the returns is the best choice. Moreover, we find that the production lead time and the return delay time have impacts on the bullwhip effect, and can get the optimal strategy.
