摘　　要：通过近几年来对固定资产投资项目节能篇的编制及评估的实践,结合国家的政策和对节能篇的编制及评估要求,就固定资产投资项目节能篇的编制及评估中的重点与难点介绍一些体会,可为从事固定资产投资项目节能篇的编制及评估人员提供一点借鉴。Based on the author＇s practice of preparation and assessment of part of energy saving in fixed assets investment projects and combining the government＇ s policy and the request of preparation and assessment of the part of energy Saving, the experience of preparation and assessment of part of energy saving in fixed assets investment projects is introduced.
