摘  要:运用原位合成工艺制备出TiC颗粒弥散强化不同基体的钢种,TiC颗粒在强化钢中分布均匀。结果表明:钢中合金元素越多,TiC与基体的结合强度越低,室温强度提高幅度越小。TiC颗粒能够提高低合金钢的磨损性能。但是,高合金钢中的TiC颗粒容易剥落成为磨粒从而恶化磨损性能。The different matrix steels strengthened by TiC particles were prepared by in-situ reaction during melting process. Experimental results show that the distribution of TiC particles in steels is uniform. The more the alloying elements in the matrix steels, the weaker the interracial bonding between TiC particle and steel matrix and the smaller the degree of improvement on room temperature strength. TiC particles can improve the wear resistance of low alloy steel. However, for high-alloy steel, TiC particles are flaked easily as abrasive particles, consequently causing the deterioration of the wear resistance.
