摘 要:研究了原砂以及高温改性石英砂对酯硬化水玻璃砂性能的影响规律,指出原砂的粒形、耗酸值影响水玻璃型砂的强度和可使用时间。原砂的粒形好,耗酸值低,则由其混制的型砂的强度高。当原砂的粒形相近时,其耗酸值低则型砂的强度高,可使用时间长。经高温改性后的石英砂,其铸造工艺性能优于同种新砂。The paper studied the effects of base sands and calcined sands at high temperature on properties of ester-hardened sodium silicate bonded sands. The results indicate that the grain shape and acid consumption of the sands influence the tensile strength and service life of sodium silicate bonded sands. And better grain shape and lower acid consumption of the sands can gain higher tensile strength and longer service life of molding sands. When the grain shapes of base sands are close, the lower the acid consumption, the higher the tensile strength and the longer the serving life of the sodium silicate bonded sands. The foundry properties of the calcined quartz sands at high temperature are better than that of the same new sands.
