摘  要:研究了钨元素对Cr24高铬铸铁组织及性能的影响。试验结果表明,钨元素在碳化物和基体中均匀分布,钨的碳化物以WC1-x、W6C2.54、CW3形式存在,铬的碳化物类型以M7C3、M23C6为主。铸态下,组织为马氏体+奥氏体+碳化物。含钨量为1.0%时,硬度HRC为58~59,冲击韧度为11~12J/cm2,钨含量达到3%时,冲击韧度明显下降,含钨3%的磨损失重最少;经1050℃淬火250℃回火,含钨量为1.0%的硬度HRC为60~61,冲击韧度为8~9J/cm2,磨损失重最少。The paper studied influence of tungsten on microstructure and properties of Cr24 high chromium cast iron. The results indicate that the distribution of tungsten is uniform in carbide and matrix. The carbides of tungsten occur as WC1-x, W6C254 and CW3, and the Cr carbides are mainly M7C3 and M23C6 The as-cast microstructure consists of martensite, austenite and carbide. Hardness and impact toughness of the specimen containing 1% W are 58-59 HRC and 11-12 J/cm^2, respectively. When tungsten content reaches 3%, the impact toughness obviously decreases. The wear loss of specimen with 3%W addition is the least. In the condition of quenching at 1 050 ℃ and tempering at 250 ℃, the hardness and impact toughness of the specimen containing 1%W are 60-61 HRC and 8-9 J/cm^2, respectively. The specimen containing 1%W is the least worn one.
