摘  要:对脱硫塔内用低压力大流量喷嘴的液膜破裂长度进行了实验研究,采用影像法考察了速度、喷嘴出口缝隙高度等对液膜长度的影响.结果表明:在无外界强烈扰动情况下,液体流量超过一定值时,其产生的液膜将发生随机性破裂,且液膜外边界变得模糊;通过实验考察了Re数、We数和Oh数对喷嘴液膜射流破裂长度的影响,在此基础上提出了适合脱硫塔中喷嘴的液膜射流破裂长度的关联式.Experiments were carried out to investigate the sheet breakup length of a nozzle, which is used in desulfulization tower of FGD(flue gas desulfulization). Based on photography technology, the effect of velocity and the height of the output of the nozzle on sheet breakup length were studied carefully. The results show that without strong disturbance from outside, the sheet breaks up randomly and the boundary of sheet becomes dim while the flow volume exceeds a certain volume. Correlation was proposed based on the analysis of the effect of Re, We and Oh on the sheet breakup length.
