摘　　要：在综合应用配电系统可靠性分析计算理论、短路电流计算方法、潮流分析技术、经济性计算理论、图论以及面向对象的计算机编程技术基础上,研究开发了适用于对配电网规划方案进行后评估的软件系统。介绍了该系统的设计开发思路、软件工作流程和功能以及有关的主要技术特点等。最后,应用该软件系统对某地区中压配电网的远期规划方案进行了全面评估,指出其薄弱环节。Based on the reliability analysis and calculation theory for the distribution system, its short-circuit current calculation method and power flow analysis technology, the economy calculation theory, graph theory, and object-oriented computer programming technology, the post-evaluation system for distribution network planning was developed. The design and development idea of the system, the software working process and functions as well as relative technical features are presented. The system was used for overall evaluation of the long-term planning of a medium-voltage distribution network, and its weaknesses are pointed out.
