摘　　要：电网的科学合理规划将对今后电网的安全稳定运行、保证用户供电的可靠性和系统运行的灵活性带来直接影响,在电网规划前期管理信息系统这一平台上,运用基于35 kV网架支援能力分析的220 kV变电站供电能力评估的方法,即可对规划中的电网进行预先评估,通过评估的结论,查找电网存在的不足以求持续改进。Scientific and reasonable grid planning has a direct relationship with safe and reliable operation of the grid, power supply reliability for the user, and operational flexibility of the system. The 220 kV substation power supply capability evaluation based on analysis of the supporting ability of 35 kV girds was applied to the grid pre-planning management information system, which enables pre-evaluation for the gird in planning to search for defects and make improvement.
