摘 要:采用低分子量聚碳酸酯,通过熔融共混的方法制备了高流动性PC/ABS合金,并研究了其体系形成过程中的相形态演变与性能变化的关系。研究结果表明:尽管低分子量PC和ABS的二元共混体系中不发生明显的相分离倾向,但ABS的添加或其添加量的变化,均不足以使低分子量PC的性能得到改善和提高;以极性单体改性橡胶弹性体作为相容剂使用时,根据其与PC基体或与ABS之间相容性的差异,可形成橡胶弹性体和ABS各自独立地分散于PC基体中的相形态结构,或形成橡胶弹性体分别嵌入ABS与PC界面上的相形态结构;不同的相态结构,对改变体系共混组成条件所引起的性能变化,特别是冲击性能变化的倾向,有着极其显著的影响。High flowability PC/ABS alloy was prepared through a melt blending process using low molecular weight PC. The relationship between phase morphology evolvement during the formation of the alloy and the properties of the alloy was investigated. It had been shown that the addition and variation of the amount of ABS could not improve the properties of PC, although no obvious phase separation tendency was observed in the binary blend of PC and ABS. When elastomers modified by polar monomers were used as the eompatibilizers, there were two possible phase structures based on the compatibility difference with PC and ABS. Either both the elastomer and ABS were dispersed individually in PC matrix,or the elastomer was located at the interface of ABS and PC. The phase structure difference had significant effect on the property variation tendency as a function of the blend proportion, especially on that of toughness.
