摘 要:采用几种不同的超分散剂对氢氧化镁进行表面改性,通过黏度、比表面积、吸油值、沉降速度等表面物化性能评价并比较氢氧化镁的改性效果。同时,将改性后的氢氧化镁添加到聚烯烃中,考察超分散剂对复合材料力学性能和阻燃性能的影响,并通过红外光谱、扫描电镜表征超分散剂在氢氧化镁的表面存在及其复合材料的界面形貌。It was adopted several different hyperdispersants to modify the surface of magnesium hydroxide. Based on the measurement of specific surface area, viscosity and oil-absorbed value of magnesium hydroxide/ DOP paste and sedimentation speed etc, the modified magnesium hydroxide was evaluated and compared. While magnesium hydroxide modified by different hyperdispersants was added to polyolefine, the mechanical properties and combustion property of the resultant composite were investigated. Besides,hyperdispersants tied of magnesium hydroxide and interface morphology of the composite were analyzed through FTIR and SEM respectively.
