摘  要:文章对Al2O3、MgO/Al2O3、Al2O3/石墨混合填充高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)的导热性能、绝缘性能以及力学性能进行了研究。实验结果表明:在相同配比的情况下,导热性能:Al2O3/石墨/HDPE>Al2O3/MgO/HDPE>Al2O3/HDPE;绝缘性能:Al2O3/石墨/HDPE<Al2O3/MgO/HDPE、Al2O3/HDPE。With the selection of Al2O3 , MgO/Al2O3, MgO/graphite, Al2O3/graphite as fillers, HDPE/ fillers materials were prepared. The thermal conductivity, electrically insulation and mechanical performance exhibited were researched. The experimental figures showed that during the same proportion of fillers and HDPE,different fillers would cause influence to the thermal conductivity and electrical insulation as follows. The thermal conductivity of HDPE exhibited Al2O3/graphite/HDPE 〉 MgO/Al2O3/HDPE 〉 Al2O3/HDPE, and the electrical insulation of HDPE exhibited Al2O3/graphite/HDPE 〈 MgO/Al2O3/HDPE and Al2O3/HDPE.
