摘  要:为了改善一步法生产的聚乳酸(PLA)均聚物分子量低、材料脆性大的问题。文章使用二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯(MDI)作为扩链剂,在催化剂存在的条件下,通过熔融扩链反应制备聚乳酸-聚己二酸丁二醇酯多嵌段共聚物(PLA-b-PBA)。并进一步研究了反应温度、预聚体分子量、扩链剂用量对扩链产物的结构、分子量的影响。用凝胶渗透色谱GPC、红外光谱IR、核磁共振分析1H NMR、13C NMR对预聚体及扩链产物进行了分析表征,结果表明:通过扩链反应,聚乳酸的分子链中引入了新的嵌段,分子量有大幅度提高。To improve the brittle and poor thermal properties of PLA homopolymer,PLA was modified by melting chain extension reactions in the present of catalyst and chain extender to form multi-block structures. Many factors had the influence on the structure and molecular weight of PLA chain extended with MDI, such as reaction time, molecular weight of prepolymers, and content of chain extender. Both prepolymers and block copolymers were characterized by gel penetrating chromatography GPC,infrared spectroscopy IR,nuclear magnetic resonance ( 1H NMR, 13C NMR). The results showed that new chain segments were introduced into PLA chain skeleton, molecular weight were remarkably increased.
