摘　　要：目的观察纤维蛋白胶抗生素复合体治疗深部创口的C-反应蛋白变化。方法采用临床病例对照研究方法进行研究。结果(1)试验组组内术后不同时间内C-反应蛋白均不同(P<0.05),术后24h的C-反应蛋白最高,以后随着治疗时间延长,C-反应蛋白逐渐下降。(2)试验组和对照组术后24h和术后24d的C-反应蛋白差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),其余不同时间试验组和对照组C-反应蛋白有差别(P≤0.005),试验组C-反应蛋白均比对照组低。结论我们研制的纤维蛋白胶抗生素复合体治疗深部创口有较好的临床效果。Objective To observe the change of C-reactive protein in healing deep wound by fibrin glue antibiotic complex. Methods We adopted the clinical case-control study method to do it. Results The C-reactive protein of the experimental group was different after different surgery time （P 〈 0.05） . At 24 hours after operation,it was the highest, then gradually descended. The C-reactive protein of the experimental group and control group had no statistical significance between 24 hours and 24 days after surgery （P 〉 0.05） , but it of the experimental group was lower than that of control group. Conclusion The fibrin glue antibiotic complex developed by us has good clinical effect in healing deep wound. It would have good social and economic benefit, so it is worthy of promoting the use.
