摘  要:在管材拉拔力的上限分析中,运用Avitzur连续速度场模式求解,确定了游动芯头拉拔时的速度场和拉拔力,并通过优化确定了最佳的模角和芯头锥角值,所得计算结果与实验结果比较接近,这为游动芯头拉拔工艺的合理制定提供了理论依据.The tube drawing with a floating plug has been used not only extensively in copper tube manufacture,but also in aluminium tube manufacture. The advantages of the floating plug over other means of tube manufacture are: better control of tube dimensions and surface finish, ability to draw on bull-block and the less drawing force required. The subject of this paper is an alaysis of drawing force in tube drawing process by an upper-bound analysis. In this analysis, a pattern of velocity in deformation zone is continuous field by B. Avitzur. The geometric shape of the die and plug is determined by minimizing the energy dissipation during the drawing process. It is shown that the analysis conforms to experimental results.
