摘 要:在系统分析既有行业标准流域分区方案基础上,为解决水利空间数据库水利要素编码单元划分问题,在充分考虑人口分布密度、国土开发程度、径流深分布梯度等因素提出全国流域一二三级分区设想。其中一级流域分区依赖于流域自然地理属性,二级三级分区兼顾了流域水量计算等需求,同时相应提出四、五级流域分区扩展规则。This paper analysis the existed standards of drainage basin partition of China. In order to solve the technical questions that involves encoding the objects of hydraulic projects database, a tentative adjust plan of drainage basin partition of china is suggested and some impact factors such as the population distribution, land resource exploration extend and hydrological runoff depth etc. is considered. In this plan, the eleven firstclass basin partitions is partitioned based on the natural properties of drainage basin ,then second and third basin partitions is considered the demand of water resources quantity computation. The extended principle of fourth and fifth class basin partitions is suggested.
