摘  要:进行了14根国产6061-T6铝合金挤压型材的受弯构件试验,系统地搜集了24个已有同类试验数据。通过对国产铝合金受弯构件进行大规模数值计算,得到了480条φb-λ-曲线,据此拟合出了用于计算铝合金受弯构件弯扭失稳整体稳定系数的φb-λ-曲线。最后,将拟合曲线和试验数据及各国规范进行了比较。结果表明:所有有效试验点均高于拟合曲线,而拟合曲线和欧洲规范EC9中的曲线2(用于第3类和第4类截面)比较接近。: In this paper, load-carrying capacity experiments of 14 beams of domestic structural 6061-T6 aluminum alloy were carried out, and existing data of 24 similar experiments were collected. Based on 480 integral stability coefficient to equivalent slenderness ratio ( φb-λ^- ) curves for the beams of domestic structural 6061-T6 aluminum alloy obtained from numerical simulation analysis, a fitting φb-λ^- curve was proposed to estimate the integral stability coefficient for the flexural-torsional buckling of beams. Finally, the obtained fitting curve was compared with all the effective experiment data, as well as the suggested curves in several important oversea design codes. The results show that, all the effective experiment points are beyond the fitting curves which is near to the suggestion curve for class 3 and class 4 section in Europe code, EC9.
