摘 要:腹板开圆孔节点是一种新型削弱型节点,文中介绍了采用腹板开圆孔节点的钢框架足尺模型拟动力、拟静力试验,其中拟动力试验主要是研究钢框架的地震响应,拟静力试验主要考察结构的破坏形式。试验结果表明试验模型能够满足现有规范的相关要求,并没有因为腹板开圆孔节点的使用而降低结构的整体性能。测得的梁翼缘板应变分布规律说明由于腹板开圆孔削弱,塑性区外移到梁削弱处,随着地震输入能量的增加,削弱处的应变也急剧增加。在拟静力试验中腹板开圆孔节点的破坏形式是削弱处梁翼缘、腹板的局部变形;而传统全焊型节点,塑性区始终处于梁柱连接处,其破坏形式可能是梁柱连接焊缝的断裂。通过试验实测结果与数值分析结果的对比可以看出,在弹性阶段,采用腹板开圆孔节点的钢框架与等截面传统钢框架的地震响应相差很小,但进入塑性后,两者差异增大,有必要对腹板开圆孔节点的动力简化模型进行研究。Pseudodynamic (PSD) test and quasi-static test of full-size steel moment-resisting frame (MRF) with a new type of beam-to-column connection, opening on beam web (OBW) connection, is introduced in the paper. PSD test stressed on the seismic response of steel MRF, and quasi-static test focused on the failure mode of steel MRF. Experimental results show that tested model met the requirement of previous related code, and the aseismic behavior of test model doesn't weaken with appearance of opening on beam web. The strain distribution on beam flange shows that, due to opening on beam web, plastic zone move to the weakened section, and the strain in the weakened section increases sharply with the increases of earthquake energy. It is can be observed in the quasi-static test that the failure mode of OBW connection is local deflection of beam flange and web, while for all-welded connection, the plastic zone is always in beam-to-column connection, and weld fractures appear in the connection which lead to failure of connection. Comparison of results drawn from PSD test with results drawn from numerical analysis shows that the influence of web opening on the seismic response of steel MRF is small in elastic stage, but in elastic-plastic stage, the influence is large, and it's necessary to study the dynamic model of OBW connection.
