摘 要:目的 研究中国(未包括香港、澳门特别行政区和台湾地区,下同)流行性脑脊髓膜炎(流脑)流行菌群的变迁趋势。方法 对中国1956~2006年分离的1819株流脑菌株的血清群构成进行分析。结果 1956~2002年的922株流脑菌株中,A群占69.20%,B群占27.55%,C群占0.97%,其它群2.28%。2003~2006年的897株流脑菌株中,A群占35.90%,B群占29.21%,C群占23.97%,其它群占10.92%。C群流脑病人来源菌株比例由0.88%上升至48.67%,A群流脑病例菌株比例由80.4%下降至50.44%。健康人群鼻咽部携带C群流脑菌株比例由1.07%上升至20.41%,A群由58.33%下降至33.80%。结论 中国流脑病人及健康人群携带菌株中,C群流脑菌株的比例呈上升趋势,流脑流行菌群正在发生从A群到C群的变化。Objective To analyze the trend of serogroup switching of Neisseria meningitidis strains in China. Method 1 819 Neisseria meningitidis strains,isolated from 1956 to 2006 in China were analyzed with constituent ratio. Result 922 Neisseria meningitidis strains isolated from 1956 to 2002 were composed of serogroup A (69.20%),serogroup B(27.55%),serogroup C (0.97%) and other serogroup strains (2.28%). From 2003 to 2006, 897 N. meningitidis strains were divided into four mainly groups,including serogroup A (35.90%) ,serogroup B (29.21%), serogroup C (23.97%) and other serogroup strains (10.92%). Proportion of N. meningitidis serogroup C strains isolated from invasive meningococcal cases increased from 0. 88% to 48.67%, meanwhile,serogroup A strains decreased from 80.4% to 50.44%. Serogruop C strains from healthy carriers increase from 1.07% to 20.41%, however, serogroup A decreased from 58.33 % to 33.80%. Conclusion It has shown that proportion of serogroup C N. meningitidis strains isolated either from invasive meningococcal cases and from healthy carriers had increasing trend. Serogroups of Neisseria meningitidis were switching from A to C in China.
