摘　　要：目的 落实卫生部和澳大利亚政府国际发展局援助内蒙古自治区开展消除新生儿破伤风（NT）项目，评价乌拉特中旗、乌拉特后旗、乌审旗、鄂托克前旗NT高危旗所有18-35岁的育龄期妇女开展破伤风疫苗（TV）接种效果。方法 按照0、1、7个月程序开展突击接种3剂TV，每剂次0．5ml。结果 4个旗应种35138人，报告接种率TV1 92．79％，TV2 291．43％，TV3 90．30％，12个项目旗2003-2005年无NT病例报告。结论 应在保证清洁接生的基础上，对NT高危旗育龄期妇女开展TV常规免疫接种，加强NT监测。Objective The Ministry of Health and the Australian Government International Development Bureau support Inner Mongolia, the area developments eliminates the tetanus neonatorum aspect project, in the Wulatezhong banner, the Wulatehou rear banner, the Wushen banner and the Etuokeqian banner tetanus neonatorum high danger banner tetanus neonatorum high danger banner all 18-35 year-old child-bearing age woman carries out the broken kind of vaccine immunity vaccination. Method According to 0, 1,7 months procedures development prevention vaccinates 3 medicinal preparations tetanus toxoid （TT）,each medicinal preparation 0.5 mL. Result Four banners should immunite 35138 people,the survey shows that the rate of full coverage is TV1 92.86%,TV2 92.48%,TV3 90.76%,12 projects banners in 2003-2005 had no NT Cases report. Conclusion The tetanus toxoid vaccine should be given to the tetanus neonatorum among high danger banner child-bearing age wowen and strengthen the surveillance.
