摘 要:针对软岩大断面交岔点支护和施工困难的特殊性,实例分析软岩巷道变形特点,结合软岩巷道锚网、锚注、锚索支护理论,提出了针对软岩大断面交岔点的"三锚"支护设计和反向正台阶法施工技术。承载力验算及现场变形实测结果表明,该支护设计和施工技术可控制软岩大断面交岔点的围岩变形,支护效果良好,具有良好的技术推广价值。Aimed at eliminating difficulties arising from support design and construction technology of crossing roadway in large section in soft rock, this paper, based on the hydrology geology and -300 m wall rock conditions of the laneway in shaft station of the Hemushan diggings of Maanshan Iron & Steel Co. Ltd. introduces an analysis of the deformation of the softrock laneway and study on the existing theories about anchor net, bolt-grouting and anchor cable supporting theory of softrock laneway. The paper highlights the ' three bolting' supporting system and the reverse positive bench construction technique designed for the large point of intersection of softrocks. The calculations of bearing capacity of supporting system and practical tests of realistic deformation prove that the supporting system and construction technique can afford an effective control of the deformation of wall rock of the crossing roadway in large section. The system proves effective and is of better value for practical use.
