槐定碱对自由活动大鼠海马脑电及组织形态学的影响

摘　　要：目的：观察槐定碱对清醒自由活动大鼠海马脑电及组织形态学的影响。方法：利用立体定位仪将电极植入大鼠海马，一周后连接于BL-420生物机能实验系统，观察槐定碱腹腔注射大鼠的海马脑电波及组织学的改变。结果：腹腔注射槐定碱5～15分钟后大鼠海马出现痫样放电，海马神经元及胶质细胞发生损伤性改变。结论：槐定碱可诱发大鼠的海马痫样放电，并导致其组织形态学损伤性改变。Objective： To observe the effects of sophoridine on die electroencephalograph and histomorphological structure of hippocampus in rats. Method： Stereotaxic frame was employed to imbed a tiny electrode which was connected to the BL-420 Bioteeh system to observe the EEG and HE staining was used to determine the histology and morphological structure of hippocarnpus induced by SR kindled epilepsy in rats. Resuit： 15min after sophridine was injected introperitoneally, EEG showed epileptiform discharges, Conclusion： Sophoridine can induce epileptiform discharge and cause neuron damages in hippocampus.
