摘  要:受砾石充填防砂工艺中砾石尺寸设计方法的启发,将地层砂视为颗粒堵剂,而将砾石形成的多孔介质看作地层,得到了一种新的无机颗粒堵剂地层适应性评价方法。参照已有的颗粒堵剂物模研究结果,以粒度中值为0.056mm的QF颗粒堵剂的地层渗透率适应性评价为例,采用新方法进行评价得到:渗透率小于45D时堵剂不能进入地层;渗透率为45~191D时堵剂起调剖作用;渗透率大于191D时堵剂无任何封堵作用。对胜利油区的砂岩油层而言,粒度中值为0.056mm的QF颗粒堵剂仅适用于长期注水开发并已形成大孔道的砂岩油层。Enlightened by the gravel-size design in sand control procedure of gravel pack, we have developed a new method to quantify permeability adaptability of inorganic-grain plugging agents by taking stratigraphic sands as grain plugging agents and porous medium consisting of gravels as a stratigraphic formation. In combination with the existed modelling results of grain plugging agents, this method is used to evaluate formation permeability adaptability of QF grain plugging agent with 0. 056 mm median diameter, resulting in 3 points: (1) The plugging agent can not enter into the formation with permeability lower than 45 D; (2) If the formation permeability is 45 ~ 191 D, the agent will play a role of profile correction; (3) The agent will have no plugging function when the permeability is higher than 191 D. For the sandstone reservoirs in Shengli oilfield, the QF grain plugging agent with 0. 056 mm median diameter only adapt to the reservoirs which have been in long flood development and produced large pore pathes.
