模拟坐沉潜艇中艇员认知功能及主观症状的变化

摘　　要：目的研究模拟坐沉潜艇条件对艇员神经行为功能及主观感受的影响。方法4名男性青年受试者进入模拟坐沉潜艇舱。用神经行为测试评价系统（NES-C4）测试受试者的神经行为功能，用《环境应激症状问卷》（ESQ）测量受试者的主观症状。结果进舱第1、2天晚系列加减成绩较差；第2天数字广度较低；第1天晚、第9天出现呼吸系统症状；第2天晚警觉水平最低；第3、5、6天有冷应激症状；第9天，下午出现明显的脑缺氧症状，并且感到最难受、最吃力；第10天（已出舱）亦感到吃力并出现肌肉不适。结论在模拟坐沉潜艇中，受试者的神经行为功能表现出一个不适应-再适应的过程；主观症状表现出对低O2、高CO2等因素有一个耐受-不耐受的过程，并在第9天达到极限，且主观症状的变化多于客观指标的变化。这些变化在出舱休整一段时间后都可得到恢复。Objective To explore the integrated influence of a disabled submarine simulation on neurobehavioral performance and subjective symptoms. Methods Four volunteers were recruited to live in a disabled submarine simulator. Neurobehavioral evaluation system-Chinese 4th version （NES-C4） was used to test their neurobehavioral functions, and the environmental symptoms questionnaire （ESQ）was provided to investigate subjective symptoms. Results ESQ showed a lot of symptoms：respiratory symptoms on the night of day 1 and on the daytime of day 9 ;low alertness on the night of day 2 ; cold stress on day 3, day 5 and day 6 ; distress,exertion and cerebral anoxia on the afternoon of day 9; muscle discomfort and continued exertion one day after the volunteers went out of the simulator. Conclusions During the time in a disabled submarine simulation, a process of maladjustment-readjustment was observed in neurobehavioral performance. After a month＇s rest, all of the indicators were back to normal. At the same time, a process of compensationdecompensation in subjective symptoms of hypoxia and high content of carbon dioxide,which got to the ultimate on the 9th day. All of the indicators were back to normal out of the disabled submarine simulation.
