摘  要:采用喷射沉积方法制备含有3%(体积分数)原位TiC颗粒的TiC_p/7093铝基复合材料,经过热挤压变形后进行固溶处理。用光镜观察其沉积态组织,用扫描电镜观察其固溶组织。研究原位颗粒对喷射沉积7093铝合金组织的影响。结果发现,原位TiC颗粒不仅对合金的沉积态组织产生细化作用,而且对合金的固溶温度的提高产生有利影响,但是原位反应时形成的附带产物即含Ti相容易引起淬火裂纹。7093 Al-matrix composite with TiC particles of 3% volume fraction was fabricated by the in-situ reactive spray forming method, and solution treatment was carried on after hot-pressing. The microstructure as-spray was observed by OM and the microstructure as-solution was observed by SEM, The effects of in-situ TiC particles on microstructure and solution temperature of spray formed 7093 AI alloy were investigated. The results show that in-situ TiC particles can make the grains of spray formed 7093 AI alloy fine and the solid solution temperature of the alloy increase. However, the subsidiary phase containing Ti during the in-situ reactive causes easily quenching cracks.
