摘 要:研究了固溶处理、时效处理、形变时效等对QBe2合金显微组织及性能的影响。结果表明,QBe2合金最佳固溶处理工艺为780℃×10 min水淬,时效工艺为320℃×2h空冷,经此工艺处理后合金的抗拉强度达到1257 MPa,电阻率为0.0677Ω·mm^2/m;时效前的冷变形对晶界的不连续析出有抑制作用,使沉淀相沿晶内滑移线析出显著,形变时效可以使合金强度达到1390MPa,与一般软态峰值时效相比,强度提高10.3%。The effects of solid solution treatment, aging treatment and deformation aging processing on microstructure and properties of QBe2 alloy were studied. The results show that the optimum solution process is at 780℃ for 10 rain, then quenched with water, and aging treatment is at 320℃ for 2h air cooling. Under the conditions, the tensile strength and electrical conductivity of the alloy can reach 1257 MPa and 0.0677 Ω·mm^2/m, respectively. The cooling deformation before aging treatment of QBe2 alloy restrains the discontinuous precipitation at grain boundary, and makes precipitating phases precipitate along glide line of intracrystalling. By deformation aging, QBe2 alloy strength is 1400 MPa. which increases by 10.3% compared with soft-peak aging.
