摘  要:目的探讨强脉冲光(IPL)照射对培养状态下的人成纤维细胞形态、增殖活性以及分泌基质金属蛋白酶l(MMP-1)和基质金属蛋白酶2(MMP-2)的影响。方法由健康人皮肤标本中分离培养成纤维细胞,用一定剂量IPL分别照射后进行培养,光学显微镜观察成纤维细胞形态学变化,MTY法检测细胞增殖活性,ELISA法检测MMP-1及MMP-2水平。结果成纤维细胞经IPL照射后形态无明显改变;能量密度为18,29,35 J/cm^2的IPL均可明显提高成纤维细胞活性,但无剂量依赖性。IPL照射后成纤维细胞MMP-1及MMP-2分泌水平无明显改变。结论IPL照射能增强成纤维细胞增殖活性。Objective To investigate the effects of intense pulsed light (IPL) on the cell viability of and secretion of MMP-1 and MMP-2 by cultured human fibroblasts. Methods Fibroblasts wcrc isolated from healthy infant foreskins, and irradiated with 18, 29, 35 J/cm^2 of IPL respectively. The morphological changes of cells wcrc observed by light microscopy. MTT assay was used to detect the proliferation and viability of the fibroblasts. The secretion levels of MMP-1 and MMP-2 wcrc determined by ELISA. Results IPL irradiation showed no noticeable effects on the morphology of fibroblasts. Proliferation of fibroblasts was increased at 24 h and 48 h after IPL irradiation of 18, 29, 35 J/cm^2; however, no correlation with the irradiation dose was observed. IPL irradiation showed no effect on MMP-1 and MMP-2 secretion by the fibroblasts. Conclusion IPL irradiation could induce the proliferation of cultured human fibroblasts.
