摘　　要：国内外在光动力学肿瘤治疗方面已做了大量研究,本文就光动力学治疗肿瘤的机制(即对微血管的破坏作用、诱导肿瘤细胞调亡和坏死、免疫反应及对细胞膜功能的影响),消化道肿瘤(如食管癌、胰腺癌、结肠癌)等方面作一综述。Whether in hometown or overseas, people have done lots of experimental researches and clinical studies that use photodynamic therapy to treat tumor. This paper talks about photodynamic therapy treating tumor＇s mechanism （it damnifies microvessels, induces tumor cells to be apoptosis or necrosis, immunoreaction and impacts the function of matrix membrane） and its use on gastrointestinal tumor （such as： oesophagus cancer, pancreas cancer and colon cancer）.
