北京高等教育中外合作办学的发展对策

摘　　要：简述了开展中外合作办学的作用,然后对北京在高等教育方面开展中外合作办学的优势、劣势以及所面临的机会和威胁进行了分析,并据此对北京如何进一步发展中外合作办学提出了一些看法。The roles of Sino-foreign cooperation in running a school are outlined in this paper. Based on the SWOT analysis of higher educational collaboration between institutions of Beijing and other countries and regions, some opinions are presented then.
